We had a fantastic weekend in the heart of Times Square. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet and a wine and cheese reception in the afternoon, which we really enjoyed. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to all the theaters and shopping in the area. Plus, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home.

During my Xmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the decorations and holiday spirit made it feel like home. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest.

clean and quiet hotel, bedding of good quality. Well-located, 30 meters from Times Square. Wine, champagne, cheese, crackers, crackers, small vegetables, fruit at will, appreciable and a real plus compared to the other hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to Times Square and Broadway shows. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great breakfast included and a lovely lounge area where we could help ourselves to pastries and drinks throughout the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room and a well-equipped bathroom.

Hotel may seem expensive at first, but when you look at the breakfast included (very correct), the free aperitif from 5 to 7, the location, the quality/price ratio is top. Spacious and quiet rooms, and really close to Times Square, you can't get more central! Very nice staff, everything really ok

Kitchen smell in the room, but due to the place of the room itself, the hotel has nothing to do with it and all the rooms probably don't have this problem (we didn't ask to change anyway).

Very noisy street with a window/climate that would have deserved an explanation on my arrival like the shower whose use is different from in France . The 2nd night at the top. I forgot my curling iron in the room but I wasn't notified after I left. .

I really appreciated the welcome, "cheese & wine" service at the end of the afternoon and room which is perfect in its layout and especially for its calm in the middle of New York's madness just a stone's throw from Time Square!

I recently stayed at the Casablanca Hotel in New York for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just off Times Square and close to the subway. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and even provided me with a refreshing bottle of water upon check-in. The quirky theme of the hotel was unique and added to the overall experience. The room, although compact, had all the necessary amenities, including a dressing gown and slippers. The complimentary wine and snacks in the afternoon were a delightful touch. The hotel provided a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again for either business or leisure purposes.

The air conditioning is very noisy, I had to turn it off at night or I couldn't sleep at all. On the other hand when it's very hot !!!

As adventure travelers, we loved the perfect location just steps away from Times Square and Broadway theaters. The included breakfast and daily wine social were fantastic perks. I had an incredible experience during my stay here. The location was perfect! This venue was located right in the heart of all the action, a stone's throw away from Times Square. The staff provided an excellent personal service and a leisure library stocked with board games and entertainment. They were attentive and always willing to help. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, flat-screen tv and even an armchair. I also got to enjoy an amazing breakfast in the dining restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family vacation.
